I ordered a bullet journal for my daughter's birthday. It was pricey but the designs were unlike any other on the market. When it did not arrive, I sent an email. The response was immediate with the courier link attached. The courier took 3 weeks so I sent another informative email. The response again was an immediate phone call, professional and very courteous offering a second journal as a gift to make up for the tardiness and missed birthday date, even though it was not their fault directly. Today I recieved the original order and the quality is excellent - you get what you pay for. Exemplary customer service and quality products.
